My name is Paul Felix. I currently serve
as the Judge in the Carmel City Court. I am announcing my candidacy for
Hamilton County Circuit Court. I believe my experience in applying the law
fairly, administering the court efficiently, and leading by example in this
community positions me as your clear choice
to serve as the next Circuit Court Judge.
The Circuit Court needs an experienced
judge who has demonstrated the ability to learn law quickly, understands how to
apply it, and exercises the discretion fairly. Furthermore, the delivery of
swift and fair justice demands a judge who can cooperate with the parties and
the system in the administration of cases. I have shown the ability to open
doors, communicate effectively, and build bridges with all aspects of the
criminal justice system.
